Announcing the Start of the Eco-Emotions Project Year 2: Empowering Educators to Nurture Young Minds

Building on the success of Year 1, funded by National Pyjama Day 2023, we are excited to announce the launch of the Eco-Emotions Project Year 2, made possible by National Pyjama Day 2024.

Year 2 Focus:

This year, we are broadening our support by offering new resources specifically designed for educators in Early Years and School Age Care. Our focus will be on self-regulation and sustainability practices, providing practical tools that empower educators in their practice and cultivate essential skills in children.

Key Objectives:

  • Resource Development: We will create tailored resources based on research and feedback from our members, ensuring they reflect real-world experiences.
  • Practical Support: Our aim is to deliver impactful and relevant tools that educators can seamlessly integrate into their daily practice, boosting their confidence and effectiveness.
  • Strengthening Connections: We will foster a deeper connection between children, their natural environment, and their emotional well-being, empowering them to become responsible caretakers of our world.
